JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
The applicant wishing to apply for this job must meet the following qualifications;
- Must have Matric (Grade 12)
- Must have minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Must have proven experience in a hospitality environment
- Must have strong customer service background
- Must have sound dietary and menu knowledge.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
The applicant must have the following skills and competences
- Must have excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills
- Must have Basic mathematical proficiency
- Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Must have management and organizational skills
- Must have clear verbal and written communication skills
- Must have computer literacy.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The successful candidate will have to implement the following duties but not limited to:
- To oversee the smooth operation of food service and production activities
- To ensure consistency, quality, and presentation of all menu items
- To assist with monitoring inventory levels and communicating stock requirements to the Catering Manager.
