JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
Our client is urgently looking for the qualified Driver: Forklift to start working ASAP. TWK Agri requires the services of reputable Driver: Forklift. You may apply before deadline in case you are interested and have required qualifications as short-listed below.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
The applicant wishing to apply for this job must meet the following qualifications;
- Must have Matric / Grade 12.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
The applicant must have the following skills and competences
- Must be literate
- Must have valid forklift license
- Must have 2 years’ experience as a forklift driver.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The successful candidate will have to implement the following duties but not limited to:
- To bag, box, wrap merchandise and prepare packages for shipment
- To compute and record transactions
- To count money in cash drawers at the beginning of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct and that there is adequate change
- To sort, count and wrap notes and coins
- To establish or identify prices of goods and tabulate bills using calculators, cash registers or optical scanners
- To greet customers entering establishments
- To issue receipts, refunds, credits or change due to customers
- To keep periodic balance sheets of amounts and numbers of transactions
- To receive payment by cash or card
- To maintain clean and orderly checkout areas
- To stock shelves and mark prices on shelves and items
- Do stock takes.
