JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
Our client is urgently looking for the qualified Clerk to start working ASAP. TWK Agri requires the services of reputable Clerk. You may apply before deadline in case you are interested and have required qualifications as short-listed below.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
The applicant wishing to apply for this job must meet the following qualifications;
- Must have Matric.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
The applicant must have the following skills and competences
- Must have valid Forklift License
- Must have good understanding of stock control procedures
- Must have strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
- Must have ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Must have good communication and teamwork skills
- English fluency.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The successful candidate will have to implement the following duties but not limited to:
- To load and offload trucks safely and efficiently
- To check all documentation related to stock control
- To verify that correct stock is loaded and offloaded
- To conduct daily stock counts and reconcile discrepancies
- To ensure all control and stock documents are accurately completed and kept up to date
- To assist with internal and external audits and stock counts
- To provide support to the Depot Supervisor with daily operational tasks.
