JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
Our client is urgently looking for the qualified Cleaning Supervisor to start working ASAP. Tsebo Solutions Group requires the services of reputable Cleaning Supervisor. You may apply before deadline in case you are interested and have required qualifications as short-listed below.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
The applicant wishing to apply for this job must meet the following qualifications;
- Must have Matric
- Must have minimum 2 years supervisory cleaning experience, ideally in healthcare settings
- Must have knowledge of health and safety, including infection prevention and control.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
The applicant must have the following skills and competences
- Must have understanding of healthcare cleaning protocols
- Must have strong communication and people skills
- Must have willingness to work extended or irregular hours.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The successful candidate will have to implement the following duties but not limited to:
- To conduct inspections ensuring adherence to hygiene standards
- To enforce strict cleaning methodologies and infection control procedures
- To supervise and coordinate cleaning staff and activities.
- To maintain cleaning schedules, records, and incident reports.
- To train staff on cleaning procedures and Tsebo protocols
- To respond to client queries and escalate issues when necessary.
