JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
We are urgently looking for the qualified Receptionist to start working ASAP.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
The applicant wishing to apply for this job must meet the following qualifications;
- Must have high school diploma or equivalent
- Having previous experience in a similar role preferred
REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
The applicant must have the following skills and competences
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Must have strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Must be professional and friendly demeanor
- Must have ability to work independently and as part of a team.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The successful candidate will have to implement the following duties but not limited to:
- To greet and welcome guests and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- To answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate person or department
- To manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- To maintain a clean and organized reception area
- To assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
- To provide administrative support to various departments as needed
- To keep track of office supplies and place orders when needed
- To maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
