JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
We are urgently looking for the qualified Fish Monger to start working ASAP.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
The applicant wishing to apply for this job must meet the following qualifications;
- Must have Matric
REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
The applicant must have the following skills and competences
- Must have experience in Sales, Fish Filleter, Fishmonger
- Must have Within 25km from job
- Must have clear criminal record
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The successful candidate will have to implement the following duties but not limited to:
- Skillfully fillet and prepare different types of fish for sale.
- To keep display cases visually appealing and well-stocked to attract customers.
- To monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to ensure availability of fresh seafood.
- To provide exceptional service, assisting customers with their selections and answering any questions.
- To maintain a clean and sanitized work area at all times.
- To follow all safety and health regulations to ensure the highest standards of food safety.
- To use and maintain tools and equipment such as knives and scales safely and efficiently.
- To work with other team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment.
