JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
We are urgently looking for the qualified Clerk to start working ASAP.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
The applicant wishing to apply for this job must meet the following qualifications;
- Must have Matric / Grade 12
REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
The applicant must have the following skills and competences
- Must have strong numerical and reconciliation skills
- Must have proficiency in MS Office suite
- Must have excellent communication and organizational skills
- Must have ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The successful candidate will have to implement the following duties but not limited to:
- To process payments accurately and on time
- To perform bank and client account reconciliations
- To mmanage client statements and handle daily inquiries
- To maintain payroll records on the SAGE300 People system
- Assistance with basic HR processes
- Receiving, sorting and filing of HR related documents
- Partaking in Adhoc HR projects.
