JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
Our client is urgently looking for the qualified Broker to start working ASAP.
KEY REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
The candidate must meet the following qualifications:
- Matric / Grade 12
- Must have relevant degree / qualification
- Agricultural diploma/degree or relevant agricultural exposure (advantageous)
- RE5 certificate
- Must have Class of Business and Product training
- Must have proven sales experience within the insurance industry (advantageous)
KEY REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
The candidate must have the following skills and competences
- Must have experience in structured, target-driven sales environments
- Must have strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
- Must be self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work independently
- Must be energetic and eager to grow professionally
- Mus have valid driver’s license (Code 8)
- Must be willing to travel
KEY DUTIES:
The candidate will have to implement the following duties:
- To identify, engage, and grow a strong portfolio of clients
- To conduct needs analyses and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
- To present policy features, benefits, and pricing confidently and clearly
- To achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- To maintain accurate client records and documentation
- To deliver excellent client service and foster long-term relationships
- To stay current with industry developments, trends, and products
- To interact with clients in agricultural communities where relevant
