JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
We are urgently looking for the qualified Clerk to start working ASAP.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
The applicant wishing to apply for this job must meet the following qualifications;
- Must have Matric / Grade 12
- Must have at least 3-5 years’ experience in short term insurance
- Must be Computer literate.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
The applicant must have the following skills and competences
- Must have advanced skills in Excel
- Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be deadline driven, good organising and planning skills.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The successful candidate will have to implement the following duties but not limited to:
- General administrative duties
- To prepare, issue, and send out insurance claims, arrange for payments on insurance claims
- To regularly capture required information on internal systems, record and update customer claims
- To maintain and update filing, inventory, mailing, and database systems
- To prepare claim reports.
