JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
We are urgently looking for the qualified Cleaning Supervisor to start working ASAP.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
The applicant wishing to apply for this job must meet the following qualifications;
- Must have Grade 12 / Matric.
- Must have 2–3 years’ experience in a cleaning environment, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
The applicant must have the following skills and competences
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Health and Safety training is an advantage.
- Strong communication and team coordination skills.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The successful candidate will have to implement the following duties but not limited to:
- To supervise and coordinate cleaning staff and activities.
- To conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
- To maintain cleaning schedules, records, and incident reports.
- To train staff on cleaning procedures and Tsebo protocols.
- To respond to client queries and escalate issues when necessary.
