JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
Our client is urgently looking for the qualified Senior Security Supervisor to start working ASAP. Fidelity Services Group requires the services of reputable Senior Security Supervisor. You may apply before deadline in case you are interested and have required qualifications as short-listed below.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
The applicant wishing to apply for this job must meet the following qualifications;
- Must have Matric Certificate
- Must have Valid Psira certificate (Grade A-B)
- Must have minimum of 5 years of experience in security operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
The applicant must have the following skills and competences
- Must have strong knowledge of security protocols, procedures, and practices
- Must have excellent communication and leadership skills
- Must have ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and security management software
- Must possess a valid security license or certification.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The successful candidate will have to implement the following duties but not limited to:
- To supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel to ensure the protection of property, assets, and personnel
- To develop and implement security procedures and protocols in accordance with company policies and industry best practices
- To conduct regular patrols and security checks to monitor and address any potential security risks
- To respond to security incidents or emergencies, and coordinate with law enforcement or emergency services as necessary
- To train and mentor security staff to ensure they are equipped to handle their responsibilities effectively
- To conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to security team members.
